【藥理作用】IgG被注射機體后迅速被吸收，與侵入機體的病毒表面抗原結(jié)合以改變病毒的表面結(jié)構(gòu)，從而阻止病毒黏附，穿入宿主細胞，保護細胞免受病毒感染；由于抗體與病毒結(jié)合導致游離病毒聚集，凝聚﹙抗原-抗體復合物﹚，更易巨噬細胞所清除。

【適 應 癥】本品對雞新城疫，雞禽流感，雞傳染性喉氣管炎，雞傳染性支氣管炎等病毒性呼吸道以及鴨病毒性呼吸道，鴨副粘，鴨流感；鵝副粘，鵝流感、鵝病毒性呼吸道等病毒性疾病的緊急預防和治療有特效。
【用法用量】肌肉注射；針對雞鴨鵝流感H9、H5每1kg體重使用本品1ml，針對雞新城疫、鴨副粘病毒、鵝副粘病毒、禽傳支傳喉及其病毒性呼吸道每1kg體重使用本品0.5ml。如有細菌病混合感染需添加相對應的抗生素配合使用。
【注意事項】
1、本品的母源血液取自雞血，所以對蛋雞，肉雞效果相對較明顯，針對鴨鵝病毒病每100kg體重添加3-5mg地米，可避免應激。
2、本品不得與酸堿性藥物混合應用，以免發(fā)生變性，降低療效。
3、本品禁忌反復凍融，以免降低效價。
4、因采血難度較大，雖然本品經(jīng)過高尖端制作工藝，為避免因天氣環(huán)境影響導致產(chǎn)品變性，所以特別建議本品在陰涼處環(huán)境下存放。
